From Eglise Saint-Martin de Cilly to the fortified church in Bosmont, this trail starts with a slight incline and follows a hilltop ridge that passes by farms in Balthazard and Labry. After many viewpoints over Vallée de la Serre, the trail descends to the fortified town of Bosmont, the fief of Jacques de Chambly, who colonized Canada in 1665 on Colbert’s orders.
