Val'Aisne is the unique beer of this region and is the complete brewing and bottling process is undertaken here. The brewery is situated in the heart of the Aisne valley, more specifically between Soissons and Laon. It began in May 2008 after some long months of work and above all the creation of our recipes. Our high fermentation beers are distinguished by their originality as well as by their exceptional flavours. All our beers are filtered, refermented in the bottle without any additional gas (Tastings and beers to take away with you). Purchase Val'Aisne casks and hand drawn beers online at very attractive prices. Gold Medal awarded at the La Capelle 2010 cheese fair for the Triple beer!!!
