This trail is a tour of the country, architecture, history and literature, running from the ‘creuttes’ (caves) to the fermenting rooms and Bourguignon, home of Le Nain brothers, and offers many natural discoveries through the undergrowth and marshlands. The trail comes back through Merlieux, known for its book festival. Physically demanding and technical, this trail is reserved for experienced or regular mountain-bikers. A second departure is possible from the Mairie de Cessières’ between 11 and 12.
