Called Caverne du Dragon by the German soldiers, this old stone quarry dates back to the 16th century and was exploited until the 19th century. It now shelters the Museum of the first world war. The caverne du dragon deals with the daily life of a soldier thanks to modern technology, items, sound, videos and archive images. Expanded and highlighted by scenography, the Caverne shares its secrets with us. Guided tours only: Tours leave at: 10am-10.30am-11am-11.30am- 12. 1pm - 1.30pm - 2pm - 2pm30 - 3pm -3.30pm - 4pm - 4.30pm (5pm-5.30pm in July and August) Visits until 6.30 on some bank holidays. Reservation recommended in the afternoon
