La Croix des Tables
The beautiful 17th century residence (former glass factory) is listed as a historical monument and houses an exceptional collection of over 200 fans dating from the 17th to the early 20th century. This small object is mostly forgotten; nevertheless, none can deny the part it played or the meaning it had within a number of cultures - western, african and eastern. Beyond the pleasure of gazing at a perfectly aesthetic object, one learns about its history with great interest. By appointment. Outdoor visit (old glass factory from the 17th century) is free.
