At the heart of our Aisne countryside, we breed ‘Monceau escargots’ in a natural way, with their delicate, flavourful flesh highlighted by the various methods of cooking them. This provides you different methods, such as sterilised, in shells, in puff pastry, and even in quiches. As for our jams and jellies, the fruit used to make them is grown and harvested by us. Various surprising flavours are available: green mint, nettle, parsley, pumpkin, thyme and many others you will discover when you come!
