Office de Tourisme du Pays de Laon
A major heritage in the town of Laon and yet little-known to the general public. A part of the old town undergrounds has been open to visitors since July 2004. This trail was laid out under the old citadel. These guided tours are held all year long and make it possible to relive the history of the city by going in the undergrounds, their economic use starting in the early Middle Ages until their military occupation from the 16th to 20th centuries. Different events are offered, according to the season, on weekends (daily visits in July and August), they last 1.5 hours (flat rate) and leave from the Tourist Office in Laon.
