Between classicism and post-Romanticism, a program based around one of the most famous clarinet concertos, a sort of extension of Mozart?s, with a touch of Germanic legend. With Fauré, at the beginning of the 20th century, an orchestral suite inspired by the masks and dances of the Commedia dell?arte, in counterpoint to the character symphony by Haydn, the master of the symphony.
