Pavillon de Vauclair pays tribute to Claude Chaupin, charismatic painter and emblematic friend of Père Courtois, who passed away in 2015. From the age of 15 to his 80s, the artist brought color and matter to life, offering people works of rare generosity.

His landscapes of Vauclair Abbey, his portraits and his scenes of life, painted in oil, pastel, sanguine, Indian ink or watercolor, bear witness to a luminous soul, enamored of beauty and sharing. This exhibition brings together a large number of her creations, like a walk through the heart of a life dedicated to art, joy and emotion.
