This summer, a new museum space is opening in Laon, entirely dedicated to the work of the Remus-based sculptor Mauro Corda.
Several exhibition halls will be open to the public: on the ground floor, his works created under the theme “A Different Perspective” on the theme of dwarfism, in which a number of famous figures—ranging from pop culture icons to figures from the worlds of art and politics—are depicted in miniature alongside lesser-known figures.
Upstairs, one room is dedicated to animal chimeras, as well as a series of pole-dancing-style sculptures…
And there are so many other works to discover, so don’t hesitate to come push open the monumental doors of this museum—free admission through September!
See you at the Mauro Corda Museum in Laon, Tuesday through Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.!
