It all begins with the twelve gods of Olympus, who, after waging war to establish order on earth, want to divide up the places between themselves and mankind. Amused by man and his miserable mortal condition, they relish the idea of inflicting trials on him. And so we set off to follow the epics of Prometheus and Pandora, then Perseus.
To recount these myths today is to realize that our limitations, our shortcomings, our sorrows, have always been at work in human history.
