On a ground of chalk and clay, from 3 grape varieties: Pinot noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, our wine is elaborated in the purest tradition…by a family company which always handles in a traditional way.
A sparkling wine will surprise you with its flavour, nobility and prestige, it cannot claim the name of champagne, located in the heart of a small village in the Aisne, at the foot of the Chemin des Dames and on the edge of the Champagne region. The white brut, golden in colour with apricot and peach scents, goes very well with aperitifs. The same goes for the rosé, which is also perfect for red fruit desserts.
