This church, which dominates the village, was built in the 12th and 13th centuries. It has one of the most beautiful Romanesque bell towers in the region, decorated with a rich floral and geometric pattern. This building displays a still Romanesque decoration on a Gothic structure. The capitals of the 12th century form a remarkable set of sculptures. Many of them are historiated, decorated with characters and confronted animals, while others are decorated with very refined floral ornamentation.
The altar and the altarpiece – in marble and gilded wood from the 18th century – come from the old abbey of Cuissy, belonging to the Prémontrés order…
