Destroyed in 1917 during the fighting on the Chemin des Dames, the church was rebuilt on the same site between 1928 and 1930, using as many of the original materials as possible. Although its layout was slightly modified, it still dominates the commune of Paissy today… An interpretation desk for the Pays de Laon “Par monts et merveilles” road tour is located in front of the building.
