Nestled in the heart of the Ailette Valley, the Greenway takes you through forest, pastures and wetlands to discover the heritage. Observation stations will describe the landscapes and remarkable features along the way: here, a thousand-year-old abbey (Vauclair Abbey), there, a bird migration area, higher up, the Chemin des Dames, and finally the arrival at the Axo’Plage leisure base! This family trail will delight young and old alike, whether on foot or by bike!
And all along the greenway, you will find terminals equipped with flashcodes (set up by the Maison de la Nature et de l’Oiseau) giving you a lot of information on the fauna and flora you will encounter, so get on your mobile!
