The Chemin des Dames overlooks the Aisne and Ailette valleys, offering, beyond the historical aspect, superb panoramas. Taken by the daughters of Louis XV, this road remains above all associated with the terrible fighting of the 1914-18 war. Eight sites have been developed along this route of about 35 km.
